American Legion Baseball BBQ

American Legion Baseball BBQ is fast approaching.  I need volunteers for 31 May, Friday, to Set up, BBQ burgers, and clean up after. 

We expect 50 family and ball players as well as all of you that support youth.

Current plan is...

Blue Devil players + family members  We are expecting 45/50 They will bring the plates, napkins, forks/spoons, and drinks along with each Blue Devil family will bring a potluck dish to share. American Legion will supply  condiments and hamburger toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles). We need help with BBQ set up and clean up All are welcome to come. Pleas let us know so we have enough food on hand.
